Or at least that is what PC Health Advisor software is claiming. But what will it do for you? How much does it cost? How easy is it to use? All these questions will be answered. Keep reading for our in depth review and rating.
The basics of PC Health Advisor.
When our computers or laptops run slowly, you may think that they are just cluttered. This is not always the case. Perhaps you have or have had an infection such as malware. You may have tried to remove the infection yourself, and you may have even got rid of 90% of it. However that last 10% could be having a serious effect on the performance of your computer, as well as putting your personal information at risk.
PC Health Advisor is loaded with various tools to help you clean up your computer and get it running back to how it should be, so before you go chucking out the top floor window, perhaps you should read on a little further.
Some of the features of PC Health Advisor.
PC Health Advisor will:
1. Clear your system of all the active and inactive/remnants of Malware.
2. Fix any errors within Windows Registry.
3. Carry out the process of De-fragmenting you hard drive.
4. Remove the privacy files that contain confidential information.
5. Update your device drivers.
6. Speed up the start up times on your machine.
7. Remove those annoying browser bars that you don’t want or need.
8. Help to optimize your Windows setting.
9. MUCH MUCH MORE.
Ease of use.
So how easy is it to use? At first glance, you would not be alone if you thought it looked like quite a complicated program. But that’s where that idea would end.
We put the software to test and surprisingly, it’s quite a simple process. Just start the software, scan your system, and fix the issues reported.
After the initial scan, you can set the software to work on autopilot. This will enable you to go and complete your everyday tasks, knowing that your computer is up-to date as well as well protected.
Do I need the software if I run an Anti Virus Software already?
That is a question we asked ourselves also. But the fact is, any anti virus software can only give you a certain level of protection. Infections are becoming more and more clever and you need constant protection against them, with updated software. As well as the security benefits, there is massive benefits in keeping your system drivers up-to date and keeping the system clear of junk and unwanted programs.
PC Health Advisor will also monitor your start up programs to make sure that only programs that you really need will initiate on start up. This will help to speed up the starting of your machine.
20 MB free hard disk space required for initial installation
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
Logged on to your computer as administrator
PC Health Advisor is a program that will no doubt be of use, although i would recommend it for older machines rather than brand new machines. By older, I mean older than 1yr. Any younger, and some of the features may not be of much use as the computer will be fairly well up-to date. Although the malware removal could still be of good use in that situation.
PC Health Advisor do offer a free trial, however as much as we like free trial here at Stop and Review, in this case it probably wouldn’t be of great use. Yes you can scan your system with the free trial of PC Health Advisor, however you won’t be able to use many of the update services unless you pay for the license.
